*All documents recorded in the Montgomery County Recorder of Deeds office are public record and are available to the public for searching and/or for copies. Our records are not online. In order to search, view, or print document images, you will need to come into the office. Public terminals are available for public use.
*Documents can be recorded by mail or in person. We do not e-record. Payment must be made by cash or check only.
Recording Fees Non-standard documents will have an addition $25.00 fee added to the regular recording fees.
